A flat has been comedically dubbed “spacious” by letting agents who are desperate to rent it out.
The agents have now been mocked for trying to describe the room sizeable – considering the shower has been placed right next to the bed.
Even for those who are in great need of a room in Birmingham, the pokey pad will be sure to turn anyone away.
Placed right next to what seems to be the only window in the room, there is a clear screen surrounding the shower cabinet – offering absolutely no privacy to those who wish to have five minutes peace.
What’s worse is that the studio room offers little to no space, as the cooker is pretty much within arms distance of the armchair.
While there is a place for the tenant to cook and sleep, there is strangely no mention of a toilet being anywhere within the premises.
However, the agent told The Mirror – there is a shared toilet on the property.
If you’re the kind of tenant that would like to decorate their home – think again.
Not only is the pad in the Edgbaston part of the city small, but it has also been described as coming “part-furnished”.
Ironically, the property listing has been described as a ‘”spacious place”.
It also goes on to state that despite its teeny size, it would be a “great home” for “working professionals”.
The flat is being let by estate agents Midland Housing for a whopping £425 per month and advertised on Rightmove.
While the room itself comes with everything you would expect, including a, “shower cubicle within room, gas central heating, excellent location, fully double glazed” and “close to all amenities”, the bizarre bathroom set up may leave people really considering if they wish to live there.
The full property description states: “Midland Housing Ltd the letting specialists are proud to present this spacious room to rent on City Road, Edgbaston.
“This property consists of a partly furnished room.
“This property also benefits from gas central heating and double glazing.
“This property will make a great home for single working professionals as it is located in the highly sought after location of Edgbaston.

And, prospective tenants have been left scratching their heads after viewing it, with one saying: “It’s shockingly small.
“But at least you’d only have a short hop for your morning wash.”
